Contacted Resort to get an Adirondack looking room. Instead got one of the newly renovated "blue" rooms. They're just ugly. Not aesthetically pleasing and does not maintain the ADK ambience. Not a restful environment. Poor quality renovation. Updated bathroom with deep tub but the shower is very weak. Breakfast was not that good.
Very nice location Becky the manager is great. Noise travels through the walls easily need to update the arcade
The Inn was beautiful and it was right on the water. The kids loved the arcade and the pool. There complimentary breakfast was outstanding, you certainly didn't walk away hungry and if you did it was your own fault! We will certainly be visiting the Inn again on our next visit to Old Forge. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable ...
The staff was very loud in the mornings talking in halls. Hard to stay a sleep disapointing. Decorations were very nice,disappointing.
Our lakeview room was lovely! Nice and big in size. Loved the deep soaking tub and 2 flatscreen TVs in the room. Their breakfast needs some major improvements and they are not super ADA friendly but overall it was a decent experience.
