A lovely place. Had a few little bumps but staff was right on top of it. One of the male workers was so helpful and kind to us. A chamber maid was right on top of things. Must say they were much more helpful and concerned then the office. People. This is a most go to place just for the worker and very Kid friendly
Staff was nice, room was ok but very busy and very loud crowd when we stayed. If you can, get a room on the ground with no rooms above. We stayed in the main building near the pool, stairs and exit. Between these three as well as the squeaky floor above us we hardly slept at all. I would go back but now that I know the layout I will be room location specific when I return. I think the rooms that are motel style with parking directly in front are the ticket here!
clean, pool was great, my kids loved the tennis court, and its in a great location. decent place for the price. Will go again.
Very dated, definitely need some house keeping skills. The cobwebs were crazy, and a vacuum run across the floor would have been nice, it wasn't like they were busy, it was the end of October. The dust behind the night stand was crazy, I needed to plug my phone in and was blown away.
Such a cute hotel and wonderful place to stay in the Adirondack park region. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I loved that the rooms were super cute and rustic style. The indoor pool was awesome. The best part is that they are super PET FRIENDLY which makes it perfect for a vacation the entire family can enjoy!
