Prices are sky high. Been up here with only a handful of places. McKinney drug store was only a would be nice thought. Absolutely no drug store or supermarket. Now that the area has both, prices are excessive. Food is not fresh but you pay through the nose with no options.
Fun supermarket to shop at when staying in the Old Forge area. The staff is super friendly. It's not a big store, but they have a nice selection. Definitely worth a trip.
